me and my friend had an argue... i try to apologize and he keeps insulting

me...what should i do? My Best Friend won't accept my apologies...
yeah he's trying to be superior or something like that ,but everytime he see's me he's insulting me... even im ignoring him or gettng away from hm..he pushes me and says like something "whats your problem" or "what are you looking at" ... what now?
 
The person may be trying to do this in order to feel superior. The person may be trying to make a fool out of you. If you don't want that then leave the person alone.
