Ahhh... I'm not sure if your post was a reference to one of the shortest and most concise posts that Medi ever made... but that's why it brought a smile to my face.

ugh...I just noticed this thread tonight as I was about to turn in....

.I don't even know what to say. This is so sad. not right to be taken at such an age to such unexpected means...

I'll miss him. He was always there to check me when my outrageous pontificating was getting out of hand...now who's gonna tell me to STFU and mock my know-it-all demeanor? ****....

wow........ just saw this after being absent from the forums for some time, and i have to say, frankly, even though i am not one for socializing and was never close to him, i can still honestly say that he was a great person, a great martial artist, and from what i have seen he was a great friend too. such people are not common, and for such a person to die so casually and so young from a disease is a great injustice to his family, to his friends, and to the whole of the human race. a tragic event indeed.

i am saddened to have learned of his death at this date and thus be so late to post here, and i can't offer anything in terms of a prayer, myself being agnostic, but still, may he rest in peace, and if there's anywhere good past the final boundary, i hope his soul is there.

Rest In Peace Medi, you will be missed.

I didn't know Medi on any kind of personal level, but I can say he was one of the posters I respected the most on here. He was articulate, intelligent and funny, and he was capable of disagreeing with you without getting his knickers in a twist in the process and resorting to ad hominem attacks. It's a quality I admire very much in people and he will be missed.

Oh my God . I havent been on this forum since the beginning of December ( when my last computer finally stopped working).
I decided to try and avoid some of the forums that had been on my old "favorites" list ,to stop wasting time!

It truly is a shock to hear this news. To be honest although I didn't post that regularly , I used to check the forum every day. Medi was one of those guys who stood out. I totally disagreed with him on almost everything, but it was always constructive when we debated. He had a maturity and intelligence that that we don't see enough of.
