Meeting new girls, with almost all options ruled out.?

I'd like to meet some girls, but I'm unsure how. I don't go to church, I'm an atheist. My job I kinda do on my own, it doesn't really involve people. The only activity I do wanta do, I'm doing, and haven't met anyone interesting. I'm not going to college, I hate school, and also have no interest in it, everything I wanta learn I can learn on the internet. Interest wise: I mainly enjoy going to concerts (metal to be specific), but at mine, there's not many, or they're all already taken. So anyone got any ideas?
Don't say MySpace or another site. Already tried that
Also, only 18. Can't get into a bar.
