Mercedes benz A160 random start problems ?

This problem started when temp dropped below 0 degrees celsius . My Mercedes-Benz 2001 A160 would not start. Radio works lights work the air conditioning works so i do not think it's a battery problem. i would rotate the key to the last position and it would not start jut make a humming noise . I wait for 2-3 minutes and it would start and run just fine . And it will start every time after i first start it . now it is getting warmer and the problem is not that frequent . i am afraid that one day i will not start altogether. :-S ... anny suggestions on what the problem might be ?
 
Your car need warm up before it start. To be sure you read your manual then if you can not understand why consult the dealer for help. Bring to the dealer shop for check up and repair before it come to worse
