Mercedes-Benz South African Build Quality?

Guys i wanna ask something very special.Is Mercedes-Benz South African build quality is equal to the German standards and are they better than the Japanese build quality.? Cuz i have often heard that Mercedes-Benz has the average build quality in their C Klasse W203 models.? Well how much truth in it.If somebody knows then please i need a detailed answer.Thanks in advance.

I m talking about the 2001-2003 models.Whether its C or E.
 
You maybe should go to Europe or the USA and rent a W203 car and drive it for a week or so before you decide to buy from another dealer in another country on a different continent. Germany, for example, has much different speed limits, different climates, different technical skills and different emissions regulations than South Africa.
