Messletter Fonts look like boxes to me on xat. Why? How do I fix this?

When I take most fonts on messletters.com, they appear as boxes to me in my name, and in other peoples' names, but everyone else can see the actual fonts. Why do they just appear as boxes to me? How can I make it so I can see the actual fonts?
