Metric to standard conversions (for automotive)?

Hi, I'm a level 1 apprentice and am having a hard time learning my conversions...could someone post a chart with the metric to standard conversions (for the usuaul socket sizes: 8,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21-24?

Simply buy some metric tools, I had to. Many of the metric will not convert to SAE for a proper fit.
