Metro PCS vs. T Mobile?

Before I go buying a new phone with Metro PCS ( I am currently with them) I want to make sure I am staying with them for awhile. But I wanted to know about T Mobile and their service. I know they have a much better selection in phones, but are they worth switching too? I cannot keep wasting money, and AT&T and Verizon Wireless are too expensive for me, so how does T Mobile sound? I have altogether 2 lines with Metro PCS.
 
I would suggest sticking with metro. As I currently have T-Mobile and am seriously considering switching to metro. The rates are ridiculous with T-Mobile! I have a family plan with two line unlimited everything and am paying close to $200 per month. While T-Mobile does offer a new individual plan for $49.99 a month, what they don't tell you is that you won't be able to upgrade your phone anymore for sometimes a partial fee. Now with that new plan you have to pay full price which is what you are basically doing with metro. As soon as my contract is up, I will be switching to metro and this is coming from a person who has been with T-Mobile for 8 yrs. I was even thinking of switching my plan to the new one I previously mention and they stated that I would have to pay a $150 migration fee for each line. Can you say RIP OFF?
