Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime LibraryRuntime Error !?

Everytime I am in MS Word typing something the program freezes and i loose evertyhing i typed and I get the below message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE
abnormal program termination


How can I fix the problem?
