Mike Bell or Larry Johnson in Week 2?

Mike Bell is facing the Eagles and Larry Johnson is going at the Raiders. The Raiders D looked pretty solid in week 1, but in the last 9 games Johnson played against the Raiders, he ran over 100 yd for 7 of them and had 7 td's. Bell should get a lot of opportunities at the goal line, but he never found the end zone in Week 1.

Who's the better option?
 
I would go LJ, PT is coming back this week and will take a ton of carries away from Bell. LJ is all KC has and should use him a ton.
