I was wondering if anyone owns both the Tubular Bells SACD & the 2009 deluxe edition & could tell me what the best sounding disc is? I own an SACD player but the disc is a hell of a price (Amazon more than 80 quid?) then i noticed the more reasonable deluxe 3 disc set with 5.1 surround sound DVD disc. I love this album & don't mind paying big bucks if the SACD is exceptional "this is going to be the final time i purchase it having bought it several times in various formats" but i was hoping someone could give me a personal point of view on the quality of sound offered up by both type of disc. Please help.
