miley cyrus had a picture of her leaked where she was apperently "mocking asians".Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in LA County:
'When Miley posed for the photo she knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life.'
Kim said Miley's 'just a kid defense isn't good enough.' .............so what's your take on this?
 
Hannah Montana is just gonna turn out like Brittney Spears and all the other famous little hoochies out there.
 
Ms Kim has a rude awakening coming to her. That is senseless and frivolous lawsuit and no lawyer in their right mind will take it on.
