I have had Mirena since Feb 2008. I had horrible cramping & abdominal pain start on Christmas night. It has been off & on, sometimes after intercourse. I can't feel my strings, but my fingers are shorter than average. My back has been hurting very bad, my joints as well. I think it might be just bad diet or not enough vitamins but I have heard the symptoms of Mirena cause that too. I have been depressed & am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Just starting today I am very dizzy, no nausea, but the dizziness comes in waves. Eating doesn't help & its not low blood pressure or low blood sugar. My main concern is that even if my fingers are short, the Mirena could be embedded in my uterus or I could have a cyst. I have one daughter and I am worried about ectopic pregnancy & cysts. I would like another child. Just not right now.
