Missing channels on Bell Expressvu?

OK, so my family recently signed up for Bell satellite TV service, and the receivers/dish FINALLY got installed today, but I noticed on my channel guide that Teletoon is completely missing; it's not on the subscribed list, and it's not on the unsubscribed list either. It's just not there. The strange part is, Teletoon Retro shows up fine on the subscribed list, and I see an entry for the Francophone version of Teletoon on the unsubscribed list, so I don't see how the good old regular English version of Teletoon isn't on there. I know a few other people who have Bell, and Teletoon comes in just fine for them (most of them are using older receivers than I am though). BTW, I'm using a Bell 6131 HD receiver, so that might have something to do with it.
 
I have the same problem it just stopped showing up two days ago and i have no idea why. Just letting you know you're not the only one having this problem.
