Mitsubishi lancer 1998 Horn Not working?

I have a lancer 98 CE the Horn has stoped working, it was working a few weeks ago no work has been done on the car in the last few weeks and yes i have checked the fuse not blown does any one know where the horn is or if they know what to do from here?
There is No Clicking or any noise made when the horn button is pressed
