I've just turned 15 and i train at mma 2 times a week, however soon i'll be training they're 5 days a week. Basically i need a 5 day workout routine that will make me fitter and stronger in all areas. Monday MMA, Tuesday rest, Wednesday MMA, Thursday weightlifting 6kg + hand grip squeezer with a can of nurishment protein milk after, Friday MMA bag workout + Speedball, Satarday press ups + situps with a can of nurishment protein milk after. I walk my dogs every morning, and i don't want to stunt my growth but what do you think of that weekly training?. I try to eat healthy, but every now and then i do have sugar but i try to resist it to 1 day a week. In the morning i eat weetabix is this a good cereal to have in the morning?
