mms blackberry curve small pictures help!!?

ok so i have a blackberry curve its a sprint phone that i got flashed to cricket. everytime someone sends me a pic its sooo small and it bugs me. is that in the settings??? my friend with a blackberry send me pics and theyre are still small. someone helpppp!
