Mobile internet not working (need help desperately!!)?

Well i have a Sony Ericson W910i (i think) and well the internet doesn't work. It didn't work on my old phone either a Sony Ericson K800i. I thought it might be my sim card but i don't think it is(i think i might of tried changing before). When i try and access the internet it says

'Connection Failure. Check settings. If problem persists, please contact your operator for support.'

PLEASE HELP!!

Oh and i am on 02...
