Monster hunting for a book?

I'm writing a monster novel but I want to relate it. My monster is or human like ,he sees the world through the eye of a predator and the world as it's toy. He is more ancient and purer then any other livin thing.more superior to humans.sorta like a god status.there are many like him but not as powerful.like a normal vampire is to Dracula.he dances on the line of insanity without goin over.he plans to completely destroy and consume this world.any ideas on a monster,demon,god,creature dats anything like this
 
Hmm, maybe make him a demi-god who has gone insane? Something along the lines of the idea that his mind was originally more human-like than god-like, and therefore ill suited to immortality?
 
Make him recruit someone or take someone under its wing. Or make him find some friends to go of fighting some bad guys just like him. If you decide to put this on your novel, send me info on it.
