My boyfriend is planning on buying a gun...he wants to buy a Mosin Nagant 1891/30 rifle. Its been tested and works and is being sold at $180. It is an old gun and he has concerns with the age of it even though they're reported to be very reliable. He doesn't hunt and will be using this gun at a gun range.
