I did the p90x for about a month and a half, and did see some results! I felt great and lost weight, but the workouts got boring, routine and I began dreading them. I also have a slightly herniated disc in my back and a slow tearing meniscus in my knee which prevents me from really pushing it. But I know my bodies limits and what works best for me. I hear great things about Julianne Hough's Just Dance, and several others similar. I grew up cheerleading and doing gymnastics (well before stress and children caught up with my body).
I know I want something that incorporates dance so I can have fun doing it! So what workouts have you tried and what type of results did you get?? Im hoping with a combination of healthy eating and exercise I can lose 50+ pounds by next summer.... well this summer would be even better but lets be reasonable right?!
