double haemoplegic aged 16 .I was until last week 29/05/08 in reciept of a motabilitly car .of which i have been recieving for many years... .plus due to go for repairs due to a accident a week earlier.Well named driver dropped car at my home waiting for car to be picked up by insurers in mean time school fone to get child from school as someone poked her in the eye and that i should seek medical help asap .partner and i at home 3 year old and 10 year old son off with ear ache .. right boyfriend went to collect her..only on way back ..he was stopped by police only to find he was uninsured on the car..not understanding why as he was the named driver for a car the three previous years before and though not the named driver now due to work assumed he would still be on policy .police brought him and daughter home .being very understanding no charges but car impound now contract cancelled is it worth appealing help
