I had to do a restore on my Motorola Backflip phone last night, after I couldn't remember my Motoblur ID/password and it was a big mess. The guy from Motorola told me to restart the phone and make a new ID and everything, and set up the Wi-Fi. This may or may not sound really dumb on my part, but before this happened, I don't remember having my phone feed off specific wireless ports, it just used the AT&T internet. The guy told me to pick a Wi-Fi network, and now that I'm away from home, it's making me pick a different network constantly, and my widgets now won't load at all. I have no clue what happened, but it's extremely frustrating, and I already had to reinput all my contacts when the guy said that they would be there.
Can someone tell me why my widgets aren't loading, and how to fix the mess that my phone is still in?
When I turn off the Wi-Fi, it reverts back to the 3G network, which is what I was originally using. I don't know why the Motorola guy had me setting up something different, but my widgets are still not loading.
