Motorola Cliq with Motoblur (t-mobile)?

Hii, I just got this phone and I sent all my pictures and sounds and stuff to my friend who is now sending it all back to me on my new phone (the motorola cliq). My question is how do you save the pictures, sounds, etc on a motorola cliq?
