Motorola Cliq XT or HTC HD2?

Hello I've been looking at both these phones at the Tmobile store and like them both not sure which one to choose. Hd2 is $100. more in price. I like the big screen of Hd2 however the Cliq XT is very user friendly. This would be my first smartphone. I know HD2 is a Windows phone and Cliq is an Android phone....Any big differences? Thanks!!
