Motorola Droid vs. HTC Droid Eris?

I have Verizon wireless and I feel like I need a new phone. I have a LG EnV touch right now. I like it a lot, but I like the idea of the Android OS. I use google a lot so Android seems to suit me. I am 18 so I'm not really rich and I'm not sure If i should fork up the extra money just for the Motorola, or should I just settle for the less flashy HTC.
 
go for HTC..

you know why??? because they are very well known for making PDA Phones.. and motorola, thier just startin to get back on their feet again with their new released toys.. and like you said, its less flashy, you dnt have enough money and your only 18, and being a teen can sometimes b hard, you know, people can steal things off you and stuff.. oh yeah, Im using a lg Smart, really nice camera phone..
