My phone is stuck on this and I cant get it to work. This happened before but it worked a couple hours later. I didnt drop my phone in water I jus dropped it on the floor kinda hard. Can anyone tell me how to fix it. Ive done the usual like take the battery out and put it back in and take it out for a few hours and put it back in. Help would be greatly apprciated. THANX
