Motorola KRZR from cricket mp3 probs!?

I figured out how to download music, but why some songs won't download (I'm dl from limewire). And why can't I use the songs that I have dl for ringtones? And I've tried converting them into wav from mp3 format and it's not working. So how can I get it to work? Do I have to go some other music site to downloads the songs?
And how do I delete the songs that were already programmed into my mp3 player (phone memory)??
