i found a motorola krzr k1m yesterday so where is the sim card?
and is there any way to unlock it for free cuz im trying to sell it to my friend
 
It may not have a sim card. If it doesn't, then you can't unlock it.
Why not try finding the owner of the phone?

Unlock at a free of cost is not possible because its not safe for your mobile, but do not worry about this one you can unlock your mobile with codes at a reasonable cost itself,
