Motorola Phone Tools Program?

I have a Motorola RZR V3. I got the program to accept my phone but can't get the songs from Windows Media Player to the list on the program to make a ringtone.
What do i Do?

sorry, i searched and tried finding the answer but i couldnt find help. sorry but i tried.

go to open and find the song you want to crop, then hit "transfer to phone" hope this helps
