motorola RIZR Z3 help?

okay so i just got the new rizr. old rizr now.. lol and i had some questions about the themes what all can i so to the phone.?? how can i get new themes? anyone ?? i know through the phone but it only has like 3 and i dont like them.or change the menu to a differnet look. ive seen it done...

and how do i get the funlights.
please help.

u need to go to settings then theme menu and change to ur preference please put this as a best because i really need the points
