Motorola V3 Help!!!?

Please help me! I want to unlock my cingular razr v3 to use with another network. I put in my alternative sim card and they asked for a subsidy code. when I entered the code it was incorrect and now they are asking me to contact my service provider. But wen I use the cingular sime it's fine but one I put the sim in from the other network it says contact your service provider. I took the phone off and pressed * + # and it says bootloader 08.26 sw version: R374_G_0E.41.C3R_B bu I have no idea what ne of this means or what I can do from here! HELP!!!

Whenever you insert a other network provider, your mobile asking the subsidy password..Its nothing but unlocking code..There are many providers offer this unlocking service. If you need, get it from Unlocking4u.com .It helps to unlock your mobile easily.
