motorola V9 phone is having troubles?

[pleasehelp]

My phones screens just keep flashing on and off constantly! i tried taking out the battery then putting it back in back it keeps flashing and i cant stop it. It does not show any image it is just blank black screen with light flashing1 can anyone help?
