motorola VT2542-VD, setting up a static ip?

how can I set up a static IP address on my Motorola VT2542-VD router?
I need it to do some port forwarding...
I have my ip, I got it from www.whatismyip.com

but I still need my subnet mask, gateway, and DNS, can anybody help me out?

There is a similar ip search site called IP-Details.com to check our External ip address. Here it display IP address, ISP, Location, Country and so on,...
