what is "cool down mode" mean and what happens when its,turned on?
 
It means your droid cell phone is in sleep mode. It doesn't power off but power downs. It wakes up instantly when you hold the power switch on the top of the cell phone for a few seconds. Also when you get a call or text it comes on when it is in cool down mode.
