I have directv and have had it for over 4 years, I recently moved into my current apt about oct 1 2012,now we are being forced to move into a different unit in same bldg because of mold issues,will directv charge me to move service,even though its not what I want to do.i know I get a free move every 12 months,but being that I'm a loyal customer, won't they make it right by helping me out?
