I am using currently, the latest version of Thunderbird from Mozilla. I use it simply as a hub to get my emails from several accounts that I use to go to one easy access point so I don't have to go to the site itself.
Recently, I tried to add my Yahoo email address, unaware that you actually had to "upgrade" to connect it with Thunderbird. It worked for a couple of hours or a day before its connection timed out and I surfed the web for an answer as to why it wasn't working. I learned that you had to buy an upgrade for it and summarily deleted the account from my Thunderbird.
Now all my hot-mail and live accounts are "timed out" as well, with little padlock icons next to the account address above their in-boxes. How can I restore my Thunderbird to the way it was? I can access the accounts via MSN web page, and before it allowed me to access both LIVE and Hot-mail accounts with impunity
