for christmas i got the mp3 player above
it worked just fine for the first couple of days
then the screen on the mp3 player started going dark whenever i plugged it into the computer
after a while the picture comes back and i can view the files inside but it wont allow me to add more then 2 songs into it before a small window pops up saying that the device is either not responding or disconnected
one time it gave me a blue "fatal error" screen
i tried returning it to best buy but when they plugged it into THEIR computers and it started working
its my computer that is messing with me
is there anything i can do to fix this problem?
