MSI GX710-400A Laptop or TOSHIBA Satellite L305-S5933 Laptop?

I am looking to buy myself a nice laptop that will handle current games out on the market, but it's primary usage will be for general entertainment and schoolwork.

I'm leaning towards MSI. What do yall think?
 
The MSI is the 100% better hardware'd PC. The graphics unit is seperate and not allocated and the other specs are just as much better. I hate Toshibas, when people bring them to the shop I try and pawn them off on another tech, lol. I have an MSI board in my computer right now, it's a hardcore gaming computer (and I have a server with a board as well) NO complaints on a product from MSI out of me.
