I have a 78 caprice 2 door. 350 engine V8
I need my car to sound deeper and meaner. not overly loud, but just enough to growl mean. now im not too good with muffers or exhaust systems. i recently bought a cherrybomb from autozone, (the red tube) and went to a muffler shop, they said it wouldnt fit right. so i returned it. now i need something like a muffler. the most i want to spend on the part is 20-50 bucks. i have a place that can install/weld it on for about 30-40 bucks. so my question is if i go to autozone, kragen, pepboys etc. and look for a muffler for my vehicle, which one will make my car sound pretty mean.
