when i work a certian muscle, say i worked my biceps, the same day, if i flex it, itll stay hard for a extra second even when i am not flexing, and sometimes ill feel this pain inbetween my elbows and ill see a red mark on the skin, i am thinking i am popping a vessel when i flex?
even when i work out my chest , if i flex it and try to unflex it itll stay flexed and it might feel painfuly weird.
