Music And Video Not Appearing On Itouch After Jailbreak?

I Jailbroke My Ipod 2g 2.2.1 The Other Day, And Added Installous This Morning And Since Then Whenever I Press Music It Trys To Load But Fails And Reloads The Main Menu, In Seeting It Sdays There Is No Music Or Videos Loaded, Yet All The Disc Space Is Taken Up By My Music

Has Anyone Have Any Ideas What May Have Caused This,

I Dont Really Want To Restore And Re-jailbreak The Ipod As It Takes A Long Time About 4-5 Hours By Time I Get All My Music Back

I hate to be harsh but I'm affraid that's what you get for installing an early stage iPod jailbreak.
They only developed the jailbreak to work with the iPod touch 2G a couple of weeks ago and there have been some reported 'Teething Problems' already.
My advice would be to just stay tuned and wait for these bugs to be fixed.
