Music is crap nowdays, we need a new "Metallica"!?

Wish I could give David Brent more than one thumb up. It takes real "talent" to make the original Bob Seeger version of "Turn the Page" sound good.

Im fed up of all this fall out gayboy crap, we need a new band to come around the corner and put this new wave of punk rock/emo to shame.

A band that looks badass, plays heavier music and are just everyday guys with good talent.

Hopefulley one that WONT sell out...

The question is... Where is this next Tallica?
Kings of leon suck.

There awful, my sister loves them and I cant udnerstand why...

BRING BACK THRASH!

ID DIE FOR MY GENRE =]
Of course im aware of other thrash bands, I love Testament, slayer and some old school aswell, punk just pisses me off and thrash is a fun lively heavy genre.

Metallica made thrash mainstream!

Megadeth made better thrash!

kings of leon show promise probably the best of passed few years i know not real heavy but a real band

Can't really say Kings of Leon suck....Metilica just turned for the worse with their newest album, idunno try Airbourne, Red hot chili Peppers, Cage the Elephant...

metallica still makes music and what we need is a new Bob Crosby.

You are a fool, there are plenty of thrash bands out there that are way better than metallica (municipal waste, evile, uncle slam, slayer etc) and metallica are still together so shut up. Ive seen them live twice and can safely say that they are shit (apart from kill 'em all) and punk is alot better than thrash. Listen to Leftover Crack. Theyll blow your face off.

Yes music these days are crap but my feeling is, even if you listen to nothing but the classics 24/7 you'll never run out 'til the day you die. Just survive on that like I have and you'll do fine. Support independant record stores! Stop piracy! And maybe music will be back on it's feet.
