But there are both plants and animals that only exist in female – right up to some lizards and some fishes. And when you come to single-celled beings, few if any have 2 sexes, and they are the most numerous species on Earth.
Not to mention the mountains of evidence for sexual evolution, but I will not go into that to prevent avoiding my original question.
