It would appear that my question is unanswerable at this point.
l asked whether the Quran speaks of what is going on in the Middle East? After all these folk who want Govts overturned are Muslims- so what does your Inspired book say these events?

There are black sheep in every religion. As a Muslim explained it to me, any Muslim who is violent is not a true Muslim. Unfortunately, the only ones you hear about on the media are the black sheep. News accounts are biased. They don't tell you about the majority of Muslims who are decent, law abiding citizens.

"But if they desist, then let there be no hostility except against wrongdoers." (Al-Baqarah 194)

You can stand up for yourself, and get rid of corruptness.
