my 08 dodge ram wont go in reverse?

my 08 dodge ram 2500 wont go in reverse, both reverse and park are now both park, neutral and drive are now drive, i tried shifting into 4wd and nothing
and the transmission has a hard time shifting from 1st to 2nd, it is an automatic truck, i can hear it rev really high before it shifts

Your transmission is jacked and, no, there is no quick fix. You'll need to get it to a transmission shop for repair. Expect the bill to be around $1400 for a rebuild (which is what's going to happen).
