My 1 yr old screams (blood curdling) how can I make it stop?

ummm spank her behind.. do not ignore it she will keep doing it to see when you feel like giving her attention. just nip this behavior in the bud. just b/c you ignore it doesn't mean that others aren't extremely bothered by it. if your child is annoying others and screaming at them, that is out of hand. the world doesn't revolve her and she needs to learn that asap

She screams all the time, sometimes I know it is out of frustration but the rest of the time it is just screaming. She screams when someone takes a toy (understandable) but if someone touches her or a toy she is playing with. Even when playing she is screaming with delight. But it is still screaming. I have tried giving her toys and diverting her attention, shes not hungry, tired or in need of a diaper change. I tell her no, but it is not in any kind of pattern or at any peticular time of the day. I need to know if there is a technique to make it stop!
