Start from the top. You cleaned the carb but are you getting gas? There may still ba an obstruction if you aren't, check the smaller jets and blow carb cleaner through every orifice until it comes out the other end. Do you get spark? It could be a bad plug, bad coil, bad points/ignition component. Perhaps the timing is off. How's the compression? If its a two stroke, you could have bad crank seals. It impossible to tell you the problem with the info you've given.
