my 1990 honda's oil leaks into spark plugs?

it has een leaking since we changed the spark plugs last time..so its been let go for a while..any suggestions??
i cant just replace the rings and head gasket??
im not sure if they go thrrough the valve cover..when i change the spark plugs i have to use 2 umm extentions to get to my spark plugs...and the last one is stuck...i didnt wanna strip it getting it out..i only know basic knowledge of cars..sorry
oil in the spark plugs really cause that much trouble

oil getting into where the spark plugs are is not good...they can foul out..
the best thing to do is get the motor rebuilt if you plan on keeping the car on the road..
it is costly but is needed if the car is gonna run right..
