It sounds like a tap or a knock which ever you wanna call it. As soon as i turn the car on it starts. It has 180,000 but still for a I6 i cant see it being a rod. Its louder as it idles and speeds up/quiets down and turns into more of a raddle as the engine is over 2K rpms. I have oil pressure, the oil dipstick reads that i have to much oil but i dont see how that could cause it to knock. It still drives smooth and doesnt run ruff its just annoying and kinda worried that one day if it is a rod it could leave me stranded. What do you think this noise could be?
